Classes at ACME Taekwon-Do

Class Schedule

At ACME Taekwon-Do, we hold classes every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM MST. These sessions are open to students of all ranks, whether you are just starting out or have been training for years. Our classes are designed to challenge you physically and mentally, helping you to improve your skills and reach your personal goals.

Our Training Approach

Our classes are structured to accommodate students of all levels. Whether you are new to Taekwon-Do or an experienced martial artist, our training sessions are designed to build on your existing skills while introducing new techniques. We emphasize the importance of consistent practice, discipline, and the development of both body and mind. Each class includes a mix of warm-ups, technique drills, patterns (tuls), sparring, and self-defense exercises.

What to Bring

To ensure you get the most out of each class, students should arrive 10 minutes before the start time to get dressed and prepare. Please bring the following items with you to every class:

  • A notebook for taking notes on techniques and lessons.

  • All required sparring gear for safety and practice.

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated during training.
